Dear guests!

We welcome you to our hotel, and we wish you a good rest, a pleasant refreshment and an experience-rich recreation!

All employees of our hotel do their best to achieve these goals, but the cooperation of our guests is also indispensable for this. To this end, we consider it necessary to take into account and comply with the standards set out below.

The policy is an inseparable part of the hotel contract.


The rooms can be occupied on the day of arrival between 15:00 and 18:00. Earlier/later arrival is possible by prior arrangement.

If the room is booked before 3:00 p.m., the hotel is entitled to charge a surcharge. Our guests receive a card as a room key, which requires registration of the guest(s) living in the room. Registration means filling out the registration form accurately and verifying the guest’s identity. In the case of stateless persons and non-European Union citizens, the presentation and handing over of the stateless identity card or passport is mandatory by law.

Upon receiving the room key, our guest accepts the hotel’s policy.

Reception opening hours: 07.00-23.00


On the day of departure, please leave the room with your luggage and belongings by 10:30 a.m. and hand in the plastic key card you received at check-in at the reception. In case of later vacating the room, the hotel is entitled to charge a surcharge. If the room is not vacated by 3:00 p.m. on the day of departure, a full night’s accommodation fee will be invoiced.

On the day of departure, it is possible to extend your stay for a fee if no guests arrive in the room that day. Please inquire at the reception about the valid price of the extension at any time.

Before leaving the room, we ask our guests to make sure that their valuables and personal belongings are not left in the room, and to pull out the magnetic card from the wall holder, thus de-energizing the room.

Please inform the reception of consumption from the in-room minibar upon check-out, consumption must be paid for in any case.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that if you want to leave the already occupied accommodation earlier than the time specified in your reservation, you must pay a fee corresponding to the entire duration of the reservation.

They are obliged to pay the price of their hotel stay no later than before their final departure from the hotel in the manner specified in the confirmation.

In the event of refusal of payment for any reason, the hotel is entitled to withhold the guest’s belongings brought to the hotel and enforce its right of lien on them.

In case of departure without payment, in addition to the police report, the hotel enforces its claim against the guest through legal means, the costs of which are borne by the guest.

The amount of the subsequently incurred and unpaid fee (e.g. mini bar consumption) will be charged to the guest’s bank card by the hotel.

Accepted means of payment, discount cards, currency exchange

– SZÉP card (OTP, MKB, K&H)

If you have any discount card in addition to the above, please let us know in advance, unfortunately we are unable to credit discounts afterwards. It is not possible to exchange currency in the hotel, our reception colleagues are happy to provide information about currency exchange options in the city.

Guests under 18 years of age

A child under the age of 18 can only stay in the hotel under the continuous supervision of a parent or other competent person authorized by him/her. The child’s attendants are responsible for the safety of the child and for any damage caused by the child.

Guests under the age of 18 may use the hotel’s services only when accompanied by a parent or other competent person authorized by them.

Alcohol is not served to persons under the age of 18 on the hotel grounds or at events.


Only guests registered at the reception can stay in the hotel rooms. External visitors are currently not allowed in our hotel.

The hotel will charge a fee based on the current daily prices for guest(s) in excess of the number specified in the room reservation.

Small animals

Pets are not allowed in the hotel area.


Hotel guests can use the closed parking lot near the building. The parking fee is included in the price of the rooms. Parking spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis; advance reservations are possible depending on availability. In the parking lots, you must drive in accordance with the regulations of the KRESZ, the permitted speed of vehicles is max. 5 km/h.

If our guests wish to use the parking lot, they must indicate the registration number of the vehicle on the registration form upon check-in. In case of refusal or failure to do so, the parking lot cannot be used. Our guests are directly responsible for the damage they caused to another parked car.


The hotel has a WIFI system, the use of which is free of charge. Our guests receive the WIFI connection password upon check-in at the hotel, at the same time as receiving the key card.

The hotel does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted operation and availability of WIFI. The hotel assumes no responsibility for direct or indirect damage caused to our guests’ devices or their contents during or as a result of using the WIFI. Our guests use the service at their own risk and responsibility.

Communication Device

We provide internal and external communication tools for our guests – upon request. Please indicate your request at the reception.


The minibar can only contain products distributed by the hotel and placed by the hotel’s staff. The minibar cannot be used to cool or store the guest’s belongings. Products in the minibar are available for a fee. The current price list can be found next to the minibar, please let our reception colleagues know the consumption when you leave. Consumption must be paid for in any case.

Daily cleaning

The hotel cleans the room once a day, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. If during this period the people cleaning the room say “Please, do not disturb” on the door of the room. if a warning sign is found, the room will not be cleaned, so the guest cannot claim a fee reduction or compensation.

From an environmental point of view, the hotel only changes towels placed on the bathroom floor.

“Please don’t disturb me!” warning signal

Our guests are invited to the “Please do not disturb!” they can turn on a warning signal through the hotel’s smart system, and use it to indicate that the hotel staff should not disturb, knock or enter the room.

“Please do not disturb!” activate the warning signal at their own risk and responsibility. If the hotel staff says “Please do not disturb” on the doorknob of your room on the day of your guests’ departure. they find a warning sign and do not respond to our phone call or knock, so our staff can enter the room at any time after 11:00 a.m.

In an extraordinary situation (e.g. fire, terrorist attack, etc.) without a prior phone call, or when the hotel reasonably assumes, based on the information available to it, that the guest’s life, health, physical integrity, property security is or may be in danger in the room, and the guest is the hotel does not respond to your phone call, the hotel staff are entitled to enter the room.

“Please do not disturb!” the hotel is not responsible for any damage or harm resulting from improper use of the warning sign.

Dry cleaning / dry cleaning or washing and ironing service

From an environmental point of view, the hotel only takes clothes left in the clothes bag – which can be found in every room – for cleaning. Laundry recording until 9 a.m., it can be prepared/picked up according to the agreement made at the reception – except on weekends.


The restaurant’s services can be used every day from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Breakfast is buffet-style, from the selection of food and drinks on the restaurant’s buffet. Breakfast time: from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. During the early/late breakfast period, hot dishes are freshly prepared to order to ensure the freshness of the food.

We ask that you visit our restaurant in clothing suitable for the season and the occasion.

A significant part of the offer is typical of the region / national specialty. Most of the raw materials used come from the region.

Room service

The hotel provides room service during the restaurant’s opening hours. You will find a related food and drink menu in the room folder. Please indicate your request at the reception or by phone.

Food allergy

In our hotel, we can also provide lactose-free, vegetarian and other dietary options. If possible, we ask our guests to inform us of their special dietary needs before arrival. Our hotel’s restaurant has a document on the description of allergens, which can be found on the buffet table or also on our menu.

Other consumptions

Food and drinks consumed in the hotel area in addition to the basic service (breakfast) can be charged to the room account and can be paid on the day of departure. Food and drinks not bought in the hotel can only be consumed by our guests in the hotel room, they are not allowed in public places or restaurants.

Electronic surveillance system in the hotel area

Movement inside and outside the hotel area is monitored using an electronic surveillance system (cameras), during which images containing personal data are taken. The camera system is operated by the hotel. The purpose of the observations and the recording of images is to protect the lives and physical integrity of the persons staying in the hotel premises, as well as the hotel’sprotection of damaged assets.

By entering the hotel area and staying here, our guests give their consent to the data management related to image recording and acknowledge the provisions of the data management regulations.

Hotel tools and equipment

Our guests are obliged to use the hotel’s tools and equipment as intended. Damage resulting from improper use or extra cleaning must be reimbursed at the request of the hotel, but no later than before departure.

The hotel’s furnishings and equipment may only be taken out of the hotel area with the prior written permission of the hotel. Any rearrangement of the hotel room or relocation of furniture may only be carried out by the hotel’s staff or its appointed representative. Taking hotel property without the prior written permission of the hotel is considered a crime, and in this case the hotel will take the necessary criminal and civil legal action.

Our guests are obliged to notify the hotel of the failure of any of the hotel’s equipment, furnishings or equipment. Our guests are not entitled to correct the error themselves or attempt to correct it. The hotel shall not be liable for any resulting damages. Reimbursement of the cost of the repair is the guest’s obligation, which cost is charged to the guest as evidenced by the hotel’s invoice.


All our guests must comply with the hotel’s fire protection regulations. In the event of a fire alarm, the building must be left immediately, according to the escape routes, taking care of each other’s physical health!

Fire extinguishers are located in the corridors of the hotel on each floor. In the event of a fire, our guests are obliged to notify the reception immediately.

The cause of the damage or its legal representative is financially responsible for damages caused by the unjustified use of manual fire alarm devices located in the hotel building.

It is forbidden to store flammable or explosive substances in the hotel room, as well as to operate your own coffee maker, water heater, iron and other electrical appliances.

The hotel has the right to terminate the accommodation service agreement with immediate effect if the room provided (or other areas of the hotel) is not used as intended or if the hotel’s safety regulations and rules are not observed.

Things that cannot be brought into the hotel area

The hotel prohibits the following items:

  • things classified as corrosive or flammable chemicals or substances in current legislation,
  • substances classified as flammable and/or explosive in current legislation,
  • fireworks, firecrackers, their parts, components,
  • waste, something harmful to the environment or health,
  • psychotropic substance (narcotic),
  • food and drink (including alcoholic beverages) not purchased at the hotel,
  • a particularly expensive, high-value valuable object, a museum object.

Upon the guest’s prior written request, the hotel may, in writing, authorize the entry of items that cannot be brought into the hotel area.

If our guest brings something that cannot be brought into the hotel area without the hotel’s prior written permission, the hotel can remove it or have it removed at the guest’s expense. The hotel excludes responsibility for damage caused by things brought in without permission.

Our guest bears full legal and financial responsibility for all damage and injury caused by things brought in without permission to other guests, third parties or the hotel.


The hotel is a non-smoking hotel. According to this, smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are FORBIDDEN in the entire area of ​​the hotel (including the terraces).

Hotel employees have the right to warn guests and any other person staying on the hotel premises to comply with this regulation and to stop smoking and smoking electronic cigarettes. Our guests, as well as any person staying in the hotel area, are obliged to comply with the regulation and to comply with any notice.

In the event of violation of this provision, the hotel is entitled to unilaterally terminate the hotel contract with immediate effect and immediately expel the guest from the hotel without any obligation to pay back and/or compensate, as well as to charge the room bill with a cleaning surcharge of €200.

If, due to the illegal behavior of any guest or other person staying on the hotel premises, the hotel is fined by the competent authority based on the relevant legislation, the hotel is entitled to pass on the amount of the fine to the person who demonstrated the illegal behavior, or to demand its payment.

Our other services

Baggage delivery service: upon request, our warehouse will take the luggage of the hotel guests to and/or collect it from the room.

The hotel has a shoe shine machine. Our reception staff will be happy to help you use it.

We provide a luggage storage service for our arriving and departing guests. Please indicate your request at the reception.

We try to provide the comfort of our guests with Smart televisions in every room, and printed newspapers are also available in the lobby.

Our hygiene products, cosmetics and sewing kit can be found in every room.

We will of course escort our guests to their room and welcome them with a welcome gift.

On request, we provide children’s beds in the rooms.

Illness or death of the guest

If our guest falls ill during the use of the accommodation service and is unable to act in his own interest, the hotel offers medical assistance. Our guest accepts the offered medical assistance at his own risk and responsibility takes advantage of it. The doctor is not an employee, agent, or contributor of the hotel, and the hotel excludes responsibility for the diagnosis, applied therapy, and its consequences. In the event of illness/death of our guest, the hotel claims reimbursement of costs from the sick/deceased’s relatives, heirs, or bill payer; possible medical and procedural costs, compensation for services used before death, and possible damage to equipment and furnishings in connection with the illness/death.

In the event of an infectious disease of our guest, the hotel is entitled to terminate the hotel contract with immediate effect without refund or compensation. In this case, the guest is obliged to leave the hotel with his luggage at his own expense within the period specified in the hotel’s cancellation notice. In the event of an infectious disease, the hotel is subject to the 18/1998 (VI. 3.) NM is obliged to act in accordance with the decree. (The regulation prescribes what should be done in the event of an infectious disease. According to the regulation, if such a suspicion exists, the hotel will call a doctor and he will determine whether the guest is contagious or not.)

Abnormal behavior

For the peace of our guests, after 10 p.m. – except for events and programs organized or authorized by the hotel – loud music, noisy activities, sound effects, disturbing television, radio, etc. are prohibited in the hotel area.

In the hotel area, regardless of the time, any conduct or behavior that disturbs the peace, safety, sense of security and privacy of others is prohibited; is or may be considered harassment, capable of intimidating others.

The hotel employee is entitled to warn the disruptive and/or loud guest. The first warning is free of charge, for the second and third warnings, the hotel charges HUF 20,000 each to the room account of the warned guest. After the third warning, the hotel is entitled to terminate the hotel contract unilaterally, with immediate effect, and to immediately expel the guest from the hotel without any obligation to repay and/or compensate.

The hotel excludes its responsibility for any damage caused to other guests by the guest’s behavior.

Lost and found

Please hand in found items to the reception, where they will be registered. The hotel destroys food, food-type articles and medicines. The hotel keeps the items that can be stored for 3 months. If the rightful owner of the found object comes forward, he can receive the object by presenting and signing a document proving his identity. Items that can be mailed will be returned to their owner by post upon request (after payment of the shipping cost in advance).

The hotel’s liability for damages

We would like to draw the attention of our dear guests to the fact that our hotel is not responsible for valuables left in the room. Please put your valuables in the safe in the room!

In the case of storing larger valuables, the central safe located at the reception of our hotel is at your disposal free of charge.

Our guest uses and uses the hotel’s equipment and other services as intended, with awareness and knowledge of his own health, physical and mental state, therefore his responsibility for damages resulting from improper use or use that is not in accordance with the actual health, physical and mental state of the guest shall be borne by the excluded by hotel.

Our guest can request a wake-up call at his own risk, which is a gesture of attention on the part of the hotel, it is not part of the hotel’s contractual service. The hotel is not responsible for any damage resulting from the failure to wake up or a delayed wake up call.

Data protection

With the room reservation and check-in, our guest hands over his data to the hotel for data management with his personal consent, which is done in accordance with the hotel’s data management information. The hotel provides information about our guest’s current, past and future stay at the hotel to third parties, including the guest’s close relatives, only based on the guest’s prior written permission.

This prohibition of information does not apply to inquiries based on the law. Our guest acknowledges that, based on the provisions of the law, the hotel is obliged to release the guest’s personal data requested in the request to the requesting authority, if the legal conditions are met. The hotel cannot object to the provision of data based on legislation, official or court decisions.

Error report, other information

Finally, we kindly ask our guests to report any comments regarding the operation of the hotel, the hotel room, or the behavior of other guests to the reception immediately and ask for a solution as quickly as possible. We cannot effectively handle subsequent comments. We thank you in advance for your help and cooperation!
